		<description>I readily admit that what Sue suggests is much simpler. One of the advantages, however,  of using my method is that it can be placed anywhere, for example in the sidebar, or next to the comment form to remind people to read it before they post for example.</description>

		<description>Too much work. A far easier way is to just define a class in your css for the paragraph tag. I use a different background color, bolded text for the first line and a small background image at the left for news, info or update.
